Powerful First Impressions
Explores dining etiquette and cultural mannerisms to ensure professional first impressions in these crucial capacities. Dining Etiquette focuses on formal table setting, seating, serving oneself and others, proper technique for certain foods and utensils, resting position, toasts, when to arrive and when to confirm meetings. Cultural Mannerisms provides information and direction on pleasantries and actions to avoid in foreign countries. Course includes practice formal cut-out sets that can be taken home.

The Total Business Side of You
A workshop in parts, including Personality Profiling, Dressing for Success, Organizational Skills and Body Language. Communication by Strengths personality test provides insight into each unique personality and how to relate to others with differing personality types. Examines appropriate social and workplace attire for men and women, as well as tips on body language to engage others and exude professionalism.

The Social Side of Business
Effectively networking means knowing your audience and attending social events that you might not think are important to your career. In fact, clients and new prospects often arise when you least expect them. Learn social networking techniques that give the desired end result.

Communication Etiquette
A comprehensive how-to course on phone, social networking, email and written forms of business communication manners and standards. Provides instruction and example texts for various formats and topics that may present themselves.
